Reflexology is the application of gentle pressure applied to specific areas of the feet by your therapists hands (particularly the thumb),which help to improve the health of corresponding parts of the body.
The pressure techniques used help stimulate these areas of the body by sending waves of relaxation, release of tension and to break down any blockages throughout the body.
The treatment starts off with a relaxing foot massage before gentle pressure is applied to parts of the feet that correspond to parts of the body, it is then finished off with more relaxing foot massage. After the treatment the therapist will talk about if anything was found during your treatment, for example, if your big toe showed signs then this could indicated you suffer from headaches. Treatments lasts for approximately 45mins.
